Will put you to sleep like your parents when you were a child – and it tastes quite good.
However I cannot recommend taking this back to back for more than 3 nights in a row, on the 4th day I woke up incredibly nauseous, maybe its just a personal reaction – maybe you’re not supposed to take it that often and I’m not using it properly, but its just something that should be known.
Other than that I am pleased with the product and use it any time I cannot fall asleep.

Great product, after 2 weeks or so of use i can definitely say the sleep quality improves, you dream more(connection to deep sleeping), and in general fall asleep easier. It has a familiar and delicious taste, can’t figure out what it reminded me of tho… Also, you should add this to the description but mixing it with milk is just a next level of delicious. Seriously, try this stuff with milk… Takes all my restraint to not just drink it all day.

Great Glycine supplement that has numerous health benefits. It helps us fall asleep by increasing blood flow to the body’s extremities, which reduces core body temperature. A slight drop in body temp is a key part of the body’s physical progression into sleep. I mix this with chamomile tea before bed for a good nights rest. When using I recommended to wear pajamas covering the entire body so as to not feel like you are freezing since this can be one of the more noticeable side effects.
