EAA stands for essential amino acids. The body needs 20 amino acids in total to function optimally. Nine of these are essential, which means that they are not produced by the body itself, but need to come from your diet.

These nine amino acids are the content of this product. Three of these are BCAA (branched amino acids).

Taking EAA stimulates the muscle protein synthesis, which is why it has long been a popular supplement for athletes aiming to build muscle. 

Recommended dose: 10 g (approx. one scoop, mix with a few decilitres of water) at the beginning of your session. You can also take one scoop after sessions if you want to increase your total protein intake of the day.
